Who we are
Starc Solutions ("Starc", "we") runs starcsols.com and makes RestaurantOS, RetailOS, PharmacyOS and OMS. Our head office is in Lahore, Pakistan. Contact us at info@starcsols.com.
What we collect
When you fill in a form we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email if you give it, city, business name, what you are looking for and your answers about your business. We also record which page you used and, if you arrived from an ad or link, the campaign details in that link.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use analytics cookies from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and how our ads perform. You can accept or decline in the cookie banner and change your choice any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. If you decline, these tools are not loaded.
How we use your details
To reply to you, arrange a demo or quote, follow up about the products or services you asked about, and improve our website and ads. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us run our business: our website host, our customer management system, WhatsApp when you message us, and Google and Meta for analytics if you consent. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after, unless you become a customer, in which case your customer agreement applies.
Your choices
Email info@starcsols.com to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. We reply within 30 days.
